New Facile Synthesis of 2-Aryloxy-5-(2-furfurylidene)- 4H-imidazolin-4-ones

Many N-heterocycles including 4H-imidazolin-4-ones exhibit biological activities1-3. Some derivatives of 5-(2-furfurylidene)-4H-imidazolin-4-one were found to show good antiinflammatory activity4. They can be synthesized by condensation of furfural with 5- unsubsituted 4H-imidazolin-4-ones or from corresponding oxazolones5,6. Polyelectrolyte microcapsules templated on poly(styrene sulfonate)-doped CaCO3 particles for loading and sustained release of daunorubicin and doxorubicin

A strategy to incorporate and release anti-cancer drugs of daunorubicin (DNR) and doxorubicin (DOX) in preformed microcapsules is introduced, which is based on charge interaction mechanism. Oppositely charged poly(allylamine hydrochloride) (PAH) and poly(styrene sulfonate) (PSS) were assembled onto PSS doped-CaCO₃ colloidal particles in a layer-by-layer manner to yield core-shell particles. After removal of the carbonate cores, hollow microcapsules with entrapped PSS were fabricated, which showed spontaneous loading ability of positively charged DNR and DOX. The drug loading was confirmed quantitatively by observations under confocal laser scanning microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and scanning force microscopy. Quantification of the drug loading was performed under different conditions, revealing that a larger amount of drugs could be incorporated at higher drug feeding concentrations and higher salt concentrations. However, putting additional polyelectrolyte layers on the microcapsules after core removal resulted in weaker drug loading efficiency. The drug release behaviors from the microcapsules with different layer numbers were studied too, revealing a diffusion controlled release mechanism at the initial stage (4 h).     

Volumetric Properties for the Electrolyte (NaCl,NaBr and NaI) Monosaccharide (D‐Mannose and D‐Ribose)‐Water Systems at 298.15 K

Densities have been measured for the electrolyte (NaCl, NaBr and NaI)‐monosaccharide (D ‐mannose and D‐ribose)‐water solutions at 298.15 K. These data have been used to calculate the apparent molar volumes of the saccharides (V_Φ,S) and electrolytes (V_Φ,E) in the studied solutions. Infinite dilution apparent molar volumes, V_Φ,S⁰ and V_Φ,E⁰, have been evaluated, together with the standard transfer volumes of the saccharides (Δ_tV_S⁰) from water to aqueous electrolyte solutions and those of the electrolytes (Δ_tV_E⁰) from water to aqueous saccharide solutions. It was shown that both the Δ_tV_S⁰ and Δ_tV_E⁰ values are positive and increase with increasing molalities of sodium halides and saccharides, respectively. Overall, the Δ_tV_S⁰ and Δ_tV_E⁰ values have the order of NaCl > NaBr > NaI except for NaI‐ribose and NaI‐ribose. Volumetric interaction parameters for the electrolyte‐monosaccharide pairs in water were obtained and interpreted by the stereochemistry of the monosaccharide molecules and the structural interaction model.     

基于“超星直播+学习通”的在线教学示范

为了应对新冠病毒肺炎(COVID-19)蔓延和响应教育部"停课不停教,停课不停学"的号召,作者从"两问题三误区"入手分析了现有在线教学存在的问题,并对比了不同直播平台的优缺点,提出了在线教学的具体教学建议。以基于"超星直播+学习通"的在线教学为例进行了教学示范指导。     

固体超强酸SO_4~(2-)/SnO_2-Al_2O_3的红外光谱研究

以四氯化锡、硫酸铝为原料,氨水为沉淀剂,采用共沉淀法制得新型固体超强酸SO42-/SnO2-A l2O3。采用FT-IR技术考察了金属元素摩尔比、焙烧温度、浸渍液以及掺杂稀土氧化物对该固体超强酸结构和性能的影响。FT-IR结果表明在该固体超强酸中,锡和硫酸根是以螯合和桥式两种方式配位结合,其中起催化活化作用的主要是和硫酸根以螯合双齿结合的锡;和SO42-/ZrO2型超强酸相比,SO42-/SnO2-A l2O3超强酸的硫酸根FT-IR特征吸收峰发生蓝移,显示出更强的酸性。锡铝摩尔比为9∶1、焙烧温度为773K、焙烧时间为3h时,制得的SO42-/SnO2-A l2O3样品对酯化反应的催化性能最好。     

RbEuI3和CsEuI3的合成及结构与性质研究

本文用一步法合成了新合物ＲｂＥｕＩ３与ＣｓＥｕＩ３，测定了化合物的组成，结构，熔点，密度，荧光光谱，极谱电位及磁矩，确定了化合物中Ｅｕ的价态为正二价。

测定和比较了来自美国、日本和国产香烟的铅含量，结果表明，不同产地的烟中铅含量差别很大，并足以造成被动吸烟者血铅水平增高。

碳糊电极阳极吸附伏安法测定诺氟沙星

报道了用碳糊电极阳极吸附伏安法测定诺氟沙星的方法。在0.40 mol.L-1的NH4OAc-HOAc(pH 4.51)缓冲溶液中,诺氟沙星在碳糊电极(CPE)上有一灵敏的吸附氧化峰,峰电位为1.16 V(vs.SCE)。该氧化峰的二阶导数峰电流与诺氟沙星的浓度在4.0×10-9~4.0×10-7mol.L-1(富集90 s)范围内呈线性关系,相关系数为0.996,检出限为1.0×10-9mol.L-1(S/N=3,富集110 s);应用于人体尿液中诺氟沙星含量的测定,方法的回收率为99.1%~104.0%。文中探讨了诺氟沙星在碳糊电极上的伏安性质和电极反应机理。     

线扫伏安法同时测定5-羟基色氨酸和色氨酸

研究了色氨酸和5-羟基色氨酸在玻璃碳电极上的电化学行为,研究了不同pH、静置时间、扫描速度以及表面活性剂等的影响,探讨了色氨酸和5-羟基色氨酸在玻璃碳电极上的氧化机理,建立了线扫伏安法同时测定色氨酸和5-羟基色氨酸的方法.实验发现,在含3.33×10-4 mol/L十二烷基磺酸钠的0.1mol/L柠檬酸(pH=4.50)介质中,5-羟基色氨酸和色氨酸分别在 0.675V和 1.070V产生一灵敏的氧化峰.对5-羟基色氨酸,相应的氧化峰的峰高与浓度在2.40×10-5 mol/L～8.00×10-4 mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.9994;对色氨酸,其氧化峰的峰高与浓度在2.40×10-5 mol/L～6.40×10-4 mol/L浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.9929.该方法测量2.00×10-4 mol/L色氨酸和5-羟基色氨酸的相对标准偏差分别为3.2%和3.8%(n=10).
